Intel presents the first
Notebook Modding Competition
The Intel® Centrino® Modding Competition (ICMC) was the first modding competition involving the modification (modding) of a notebook.

At CeBIT 2009, all of the creations were on show in Gaming Hall 22, and the best three were honoured at a winner's ceremony held on 7th March on the main stage of Hall 22.
Patrick Betz was ranked first, Pascal Faller came in second and Tom Hasler came in third.
In addition to that a public voting was held on this website. The Idol of the public is Pascal Faller: 266 of 841 visitors voted for him, making him the “people’s winner”.
